Pass Plus Driving Course
Once you have passed your practical drving test, it may be advisable to complete a Pass Plus course. This is a way of building up your driving confidence and driving skills on the road, and can also reduce the cost of your insurance.
Pass Plus includes:
- · driving on dual carriageways
- · driving on motorways
- · driving in towns and on rural roads
- · night driving
- · driving under different weather conditions
- The Pass Plus Driving Course is an assessment & not a test
The course is an assessment of your driving and not a test. However, your instructor must be satisfied with your standard of driving in different types of road and weather conditions. Courses are carried out over a minimum of six hours.
The cost of the Pass Plus course is £120.00. At the end of the course, you will be sent a Certificate which will then entitle you to reduced insurance premiums, with participating insurance companies. A list of these insurance companies will be supplied to you by your instructor.
